I have asked for a quotation from this company and have spoken with their representative Leena. This lady has poor customer service skills and doesnt know how to attend to inquiries. I have sent her and email and never responded to it and reasoned out that they cant service. Yes you people cant, but at least respond to the email. I wont recommend taking your training with them. If there is an option to rate their service as -5, I already did it.

VEry Very very bad service. At first we deposited the payment for training and exam. it took 4months for me to have the training scheduled after many times of follow up. now its two weeks already but Exam is not yet scheduled but during the training, the trainer said wait only for two days for exam schedule. Very bad service of food consultants. I still have for staff that requires training and i will not enroll them in this consultants anymore.
